<p>Dear Frustrated Dieter,</p>
<p>Stop Right Now! There is absolutely no reason to be frustrated any longer over dieting. Let&#8217;s talk about fat loss and your body being as healthy as possible.<span id="more-11"></span></p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because my belief is that a lean body not only helps you look great but a lean body is also ready and able to take care of itself. And I believe that when our body is not busy with all of the side issues of being over weight it truly can focus more energy on fending off disease.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s talk about taking control of things here for just a moment, Okay?</p>
<p>Your weight effects your health, this is the premise we are going to follow, and just so you know, I am not a doctor. Never played one on TV either so don&#8217;t take anything I write as actual medical advice. rather, view my opinions as practical common sense.</p>
<p>Like I said, our weight controls our health. Did I say that? Yes, yes, I&#8217;m playing. Seriously though I do believe if we control our weight we do give our body that extra chance to take care of itself.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s why I think this way&#8230;.</p>
<p>Dieting causes stress as we fret about all the calories we take in, worrying about cheating our diet and when we do cheat then we punish ourselves. Stressful, right?</p>
<p>Good, we agree on this&#8230;</p>
<p>Why on Earth do we cause ourselves unnecessary stress? For crying out-loud, real doctors do tell us that stress is bad. Real bad and in fact, stress can be a killer.</p>
<p>Sheeesh&#8230; Life is stressful enough without us manufacturing more stress as a result of all our dieting. So let&#8217;s talk about&#8230;.</p>
<p>Cheescake! I love cheesecake, the real oven baked kind just the way my Wife makes it&#8230; Sorry, got off track.</p>
<p>Since I&#8217;m such a goof and can be totally unfocused at times, take a quick look at FatLoss4Idiots that way when I forget to tell you later I won&#8217;t have forgotten. Huh?</p>
<p>Okay, stress is bad and since dieting = stress, how can we focus on successful weight loss and not talk about dieting. Easy, we make a pact right here and now to never again discuss dieting because it&#8217;s bad, really bad. Agreed?</p>
<p>Good. Besides, dieting is conjugated from the word &#8220;diet&#8221; which is really a cleverly disguised shorter word&#8230; die. And if you had any doubts that stress was bad for you, now you know, the stress from dieting is really bad. So let&#8217;s not talk about it from this point on.</p>
<p>We want to lose fat which results in us losing weight. Already things are lookin gbrighter wouldn&#8217;t you say? Plus we are back on track with my theory about losing weight really helps our body to take care of itself. Losing weight is simple right?</p>
<p>If weight loss were that simple, nobody would be fat. So we have to accept the fact that losing weight goes beyond merely eating less. Dang It, There is always a catch! Yes, true but let&#8217;s look for a way to make eating less a whole lot more fun.</p>
<p>Aaah, Fun. Remember being a kid, and were skinny (sorry had to toss that one in there), life was fun wasn&#8217;t it? No resposnibility, you could eat like a horse, no bills to pay, no boss breathing down your neck and never gained an ounce around the middle. What happened? Life just isn&#8217;t fair.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s talk about taking back some control. Let&#8217;s look at this scientifically, we have a problem, a theory and a hoped for outcome. That hope is to one day lose weight, regain our health and remain thin(er).</p>
<p>Since we really don&#8217;t like the problem(fat) the theory sounds like a great place to start our scientific study. Mathematicians will tell us that 2+2=4 and since I was never any good with math I have choosen to merely believe that 2+2, does in fact, =4. this simple belief, trust really, makes life so much easier for me.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it! I have the answer to our scientific study, let&#8217;s just make weight loss simple. What genius! No longer do we have to face being fat without hope. Eating less, does in fact, =weight loss. Because we know that 2+2=4. I mean every stinkin&#8217; time I add 2+2 I get 4. Never a doubt. Then we can just know that 2-1=1 and 1 is most certainly less than 2.</p>
<p>Are you following my thinking <img src='http://fatloss4everyone.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  We eat less and we will be less! If we just had a plan, something that kept us on track with out eating less to lose fat approach&#8230;</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve got it! FatLoss4Idiots gives us that plan!</p>
<p>Good bye will power &#8211; food is my friend again! Yipee!! No more stress!</p>
<p>Okay, let&#8217;s go slowly here. Yes. Yes, steady be steady. Let&#8217;s don&#8217;t go from &#8216;zero to all out&#8217; without investing a little bit into things. let&#8217;s be consistent in our day to day approach to fat reduction and overall good health. We don&#8217;t want to burnout before we reach orbit &#8211; that would be real bad, very bad &#8211; as in not good.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s promise to not make things too complicated. You know, Keep It Simple. We already know about good eating habits: daily servings of fruits and vegetables; eat smaller portions at say 5 different times daily; eat healthy snacks instead of chips and candy bars and drink plenty of water throughout the day.</p>
<p>We can do it &#8211; Yes it is true that eating healthy isn&#8217;t going to be an easy task. In fact, we are going to have to learn how to maintain our focus on our dream of losing weight and being thinner, doing so will help tremendously. And we must promise to not give up while adapting to our change in lifestyle.</p>
<p>Because&#8230; this really is a lifestyle change we are talking about, isn&#8217;t it?</p>
<p>All I can say is, let&#8217;s have some real fun while we are at it&#8230; I cannot recommend a more fun site than FatLoss4Idiots to help put the finishing touches on our plans for a better life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Starting out on any project is hard. Almost every individual is like that; it is always hard to begin with a certain activity. Ever wonder why it&#8217;s always like this when starting out?<span id="more-13"></span></p>
<p>While it may be hard for certain individuals, for some it&#8217;s really easy to start something new, but the problem is they can&#8217;t finish it. It is a well-known fact that many individuals are able to start a certain activity but as they go along with it, they often find themselves taking a different course. Some say that it is a basic nature of humans and that they often put off what they can do today for tomorrow. The fact is this is also true with health, fitness, and diet.</p>
<p>If by nature humans are like that, then prove to them that they are wrong. Start pursuing your dreams of attaining a healthy and fit state. You have to do your best to pursue any activity that you begun and make sure that you stay on track. When it comes to your health, fitness, and diet regimen, you shouldn’t settle for anything less.</p>
<p>The best way is to set your intended goals. Be certain that your goals are realizable, attainable and realistic. Don’t go for unrealistic ones because you won&#8217;t get anywhere and it&#8217;s far too out of reach. Identify your health, fitness, and diet needs, and after doing so, set your goals right away. Try to make goals only for yourself, especially if you&#8217;re just starting out with this kind of activity.</p>
<p>Some people want to get in the best shape, all muscular and strong; but in order to succeed; you must have the right drive. Get the motivation you need. Tell your family and friends that you&#8217;re finally starting to live a healthy and fit life, and that includes having a healthy diet. If they find out that you&#8217;re doing a really tough job, then they will always make it a point to encourage you and boost your energy level.</p>
<p>When you say diet, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to skip meals or eat very little. By choosing the healthy food items and eating them in moderate amounts, you already have a healthy diet. If you&#8217;re obese, you&#8217;re more prone to certain health problems that can give you a lot of headache in the long run; but that doesn’t leave you with the option of getting too skinny. You&#8217;re bound to suffer from certain health illnesses too. The secret is to just stay in shape, all healthy and fit.</p>
<p>It seems that health, fitness, and diet are all intertwined. If one of the three is absent, you can&#8217;t achieve your goal. Good fitness exercises and a healthy diet are two important things that you should consider.</p>
<p>If you have no idea what fitness exercises are, then do a little research in the library or on the Internet. You can get a list of fitness exercises that suits you best, and how to properly perform them. Another thing, you can get copies of healthy recipes in case you&#8217;re not used to eating a healthy diet. </p>

Good life and fitness are somehow synonymous, but not all people will agree to that. If you&#8217;re fit, then you&#8217;re bound to have a good life in terms of being healthy and not being prone to illnesses.<span id="more-4"></span> If you have a good life, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you&#8217;re already fit, because chances are, you&#8217;re one of the many people living an unhealthy lifestyle.<br />
So how will you find out if you have a good life and fitness altogether?</p>
<p>First, define what good life means to you. For some people it may mean having all the luxuries in life or having lots of money. Other people may think of good life as living a healthy life. If the latter is your definition of good life, regardless if you have lots of money or not, then you chose the better one. If this is your life&#8217;s belief, then you might be physically fit as well.</p>
<p>If you have a good and healthy life, you will have the chance to earn more money because you seldom get sick. You can work for long hours if you like, and you can buy all the things that you want. Whereas, if you&#8217;re not healthy, you will always get sick and most of your expenses will be for medications and other medical costs.</p>
<p>Living a good and healthy life will always mean that you&#8217;re into fitness activities. Fitness exercises are great ways to stay physically fit and healthy. You can join health clubs or fitness gyms if you like, if you think that is the way to stay on track. Some people prefer to do their exercises at home, and that is quite convenient because you can do it at any given time, and on any part of the house.</p>
<p>The next step is to evaluate your lifestyle now. Are you currently involved in fitness exercises? Do you have vices? Do you often get sick? Ask yourself all the important questions to determine your health&#8217;s state at present. If you think that you&#8217;re not having a good healthy life, then don’t you think that it&#8217;s high time that you change your unhealthy ways?</p>
<p>How will you go about the process? Well, it may sound easy to say that you can start any time you like. But this can happen especially if you&#8217;re really determined to go for a good and fit life. Start changing your unhealthy ways gradually because it&#8217;s quite impossible to change overnight. Little by little, you will notice the changes taking place, and you will thank yourself for it.</p>
<p>If you have difficulty in changing your eating habits, you can seek the help of a dietician so that you can be provided with a sample of healthy menus that you can eat everyday. Purchase cookbooks and it would be best to prepare your meals if you have the time.</p>
<p>Fitness exercises are easy to do like walking, running, jumping, and doing push ups, step ups, lunges, and many other exercises. By doing them the right way, you can burn a lot of unwanted fats and these are great cardiovascular exercises as well.</p>

<p>Women’s fitness and exercise needs are focused on the muscles of the upper back. Most of their exercise work-outs are also designed for the stomach muscles, especially those who have just given birth. At the same time, exercises for women are usually designed for weight loss. And while men tend to focus on muscle building whereas women work on toning their muscles, strength training is important for both.</p>
<p>Here are a few things to make you women out there go out and start building up your muscle strength.</p>
<p>Make the performance of your usual tasks easier with a physically strong body. Chores will be easier, lifting your kids, the grocery or the laundry will be a piece of cake. Consequently, it will reduce possible strain on the muscles and injury. Training can increase a woman’s strength by 30 to 50 percent.</p>
<p>Lose fat at the same time. A strength training done 2 to 3 times a week for a span of two months can result to two pounds of muscles and would mean a reduction of 3.5 pounds of fat. The more muscles and less fat, the faster is the metabolism, which ultimately means your <a href='http://www.burn-calories.net/'>body burns calories</a> faster than normal.</p>
<p>Fight osteoporosis. Weight training increases spinal bone mineral density which means lesser chances of the risk of osteoporosis.</p>
<p>Fight heart disease and diabetes. Weight improvement improves cardiovascular health by lowering the bad cholesterol and blood pressure. It also improves glucose use in the body by 23 percent which reduces the risk of diabetes.</p>
<p>The road to a healthier you. Not only does it promote a healthier body, but it also develops a healthier attitude and a healthier heart. Women who engage in regular strength training are more confident, with a more positive outlook in life.</p>
<p>So how do you get started?</p>
<p>For those who lead very busy lifestyles, hitting the gym and starting on a regular fitness plan may seem the perfect way to keep fit. But for most, starting out on a regular walking exercise is the way to go. Start at a manageable rate. A 10 to 15 minute walk is a good way to start. Prior to a workout, make sure to stretch your major muscles. Work your muscles on the front of your thighs. Stretch your shoulder muscles by standing straight and rolling the shoulders backward in a circular motion. And of course, don’t forget to observe proper nutrition. Load up on water to prevent dehydration. Consume carbohydrates before starting on your work-out.</p>
<p>For those with joint and bone diseases, swimming may prove to be a less stressful activity for your muscles.</p>
<p>But the most important is, make time for your exercise. If you can’t hit the gym or start on a regular work-out plan, make sure that your day is filled with enough physical activity that keeps you going and always on the go. Women’s fitness is the key to your beauty! </p>
